Properties in CastleRock are governed by architectural controls that define various aspects of lot disturbance, construction details and property use. This has resulted in the community maintaining a beautiful alpine theme. The controls are in the form of Statutory Building Schemes that are registered against the titles of all lots and sites.
There are a large number of individual home sites as well as three town home stratas. The community association is very active in both physical improvements to the community and the organization of community events, making CastleRock a beautiful place to own a home and a wonderful place to live.
CastleRock is just a five minute drive from downtown Invermere. The community is part of the District of Invermere (DOI) and as such is also subject to municipal building codes. The DOI also provides water for domestic consumption and fire protection as well as sewage and garbage disposal. The community is also fully serviced by utility companies (power, telephone, cable, propane) through an underground network.
